Your statement, read and checked.
Most importers read a bank statement and hope. Milekha reads it, then checks every figure against the bank’s own running balance — and tells you the rows it could not verify instead of quietly filing them.
Free plan, no card. Paid plans include a 14-day trial.

Three steps, and nothing reaches your ledger unseen.
-
Upload the statement your bank already gives you
CSV or a text-based PDF, from any bank. There is no list of supported formats to check against, because Milekha works out the layout from the document itself.
-
See what it read, and what it could not verify
Rows the running balance confirms are marked as certain. Rows it cannot confirm are put in front of you rather than filed silently. Duplicates are flagged, never dropped.
-
Commit, and change your mind later
Nothing is written until you say so. If an import was wrong, undo the whole batch — the transactions come out and the balance goes back to where it was.
Built around the parts other apps get wrong.
Any statement, no templates
Columns come from the document’s own header positions and rows from its line spacing, so a bank nobody has described in advance still imports correctly — including statements where the description wraps above the date.
Checked, not guessed
A statement’s balance column is arithmetic your bank has already done. If our reading reproduces it row after row, the import is right — and where it does not, those rows are surfaced for you.
Loans that behave like loans
Money you borrow is not income. Link a disbursement and it becomes a transfer against the debt; record an instalment and only the principal comes off, because the interest is a real cost.
Fix hundreds of rows at once
Select what you like and set the category, type, account or tags in one move. Only the fields you tick are changed, so a bulk edit never quietly rewrites something else.
Budgets, goals and recurring
Budgets by category and period, savings goals with progress you can actually hit, and subscriptions detected from your own spending rather than a list of known merchants.
Nothing is deleted for good
Removed a transaction you needed? It waits in Recently deleted. Committed the wrong statement? Undo the import. The destructive things are the ones worth making reversible.
Say it once, not every month
Write a rule for the merchants you recognise and it categorises them from then on. You see exactly which transactions a rule would touch before you save it, and you can apply it to everything already in your ledger.
What is actually safe to spend
Your balance is not your budget. We subtract the rent, the EMIs and the subscriptions still due before the month ends, and show what is genuinely left. Money you are merely expecting is not counted — only what you already hold.
Your year runs April to March
Reports follow the Indian financial year, not a calendar one imported from somewhere else. Category trends, month by month, over any span you choose — and net worth that counts what you own against what you owe.

Payments are handled by Razorpay. Milekha never sees or stores your card details.
We do not connect to your bank, and never ask you to let us.
Milekha reads statements you already have. That means there is a whole category of secret it simply has no reason to hold — so it doesn’t.
The things people ask first.
Which banks does it support?
There is no list, and that is the point. Milekha works out a statement’s structure from the document itself — where the header columns sit, how the rows are spaced — so a bank it has never seen imports the same way as one it has. If a layout genuinely defeats it, you map the columns once and it remembers.
Do you connect to my bank account?
No. You upload statements your bank already provides. Nothing in Milekha asks for net-banking credentials, and nothing in it can move money.
What happens if an import goes wrong?
Nothing is written to your ledger until you confirm the review screen. After that, an import can be undone as a batch: the transactions it created are removed and the account balance returns to what it was, with the rows put back on the review screen so you can correct and import again.
Can I use it for a scanned statement?
Not yet. Milekha reads text-based PDFs and CSV files. A scanned image has no text to read, and guessing at one with character recognition would produce exactly the confident-but-wrong figures this product exists to avoid.
How do I cancel?
From Plan & billing inside the app, at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your data remains available on the free plan afterwards.
Is my money handled correctly to the paisa?
Amounts are stored as exact decimal values, never as floating-point numbers, and every calculation rounds the way Indian financial convention expects. A statement that reconciles in your bank’s books reconciles in Milekha too.
Milekha on your phone, soon.
The web app works on a phone browser today. Native apps for iPhone and Android are in progress, and everything you import now will be waiting in them.
See it read your own statement.
Upload one, watch it reconcile against the closing balance, and decide from there. The free plan does not ask for a card.
